Brief Answer:
Tonsillitis, oral antibiotic & anti inflammatory medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be a case of tonsillitis.
You need to take a course of oral antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines.
I would recommend you to take tablet containing amoxicillin and clavulanic acid 625 mg twice daily for 7 days along with tablet ibuprofen thrice daily for 5 days.
Oral antibiotics and prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
