Spasms In The Neck, Pain In All Spinal Joints, Short
It seems to be bronchopneumonia...Needs the physician's intervention...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read about her present complaints..gone through her previous query too.&I do understand your concern.
In my view, XXXXXXX seems to have breathing difficulty. It can be due to associated bronchospasm as a manifestation of bronchopneumonia. (Here she may have wheezing sound while breathing out.)...
-She should go for culture &sensitivity test of sputum&get specific antibiotic,
-The addition of bronchodilator (injectable to start with followed by oral or inhalers as per need) would ease her breathing.
** Please discuss it with her treating chest physician earliest ..specially to treat her acute breathlessness.
Before that, you can give her a pill of Derriphyllin (over the counter )along with Montelukast LC she has with warm milk, tea or coffee. Let her sleep in a propped up position.
I hope that helps. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks
