Brief Answer:
Regarding spots on hand

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the images.

These small blanchable spots might be a heat rash from blockage and rupture of sweat ducts or it might be an irritant reaction to leaked sweat from ducts.. I suggest you to use a soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion or an OTC topical steroid e.g cortisone cream, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching, if there.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
