Patient gender and age: female and 41
Duration of the problem: one day
Absence of fever, abdominal pain and stool disturbance.
No occurances of events leading to vomiting episodes.
Just weakness and headache is felt by the patient.

Apologies for the late reply...
Based on the details provided, I don't see any obvious cause for the episode of vomiting. Perhaps it is more likely due to a benign and non concerning reason.
If you still persist to have nausea/vomiting, you may try
CAP PAN D twice daily before food. You will need further evaluation if vomiting persist despite medications and if you have any other new symptoms.
You should avoid high spicy diet as well as beverages.
