Tab. Oflox TZ 200 mg 1-0-1 for 3 days after food.
Tab. Sporolac DS 1-0-1 for 5 days after food
Tab. Pantop 40 mg 1-0-0 for 3 days before food.
Tab. Dolo 650 mg as and when required for pain, to a maximum of 4 times a day.
