Suggest Treatment For Depression And Anxiety

Question: I've been feeling spaced out recently like I'm in a day dream and detatched from the outside world, I also suffer from depression and anxiety. any answers?

thanks for asking this query.

if you are having
1. low mood
2. low energy
3. loss of interest in all cheerful activities which were cheerful previously
4. reduced sleep and appetite
5. forgetfulness and poor concentration
6. feeling of detachment and excessive guilt
7. feeling like a looser

than you are having depression and it needs medication for the treatment.
in most of the cases depression is generally associated with anxiety. your problem is very common and easily treatable.

treatment:

medication:
1. tab escitalopram
2. tab clonazepam
these drugs will help you to overcome from your illness in just two weeks.

counselling:
side by side counselling and psychotherapy plays very important role to overcome depression. go for it. just 2-3 session will make you learn how to overcome detachment from world, how to control anxiety.

these drugs are available on prescription basis only. so visit a nearby psychiatrist. you will be fine in a week.

I'm on 150 mg of sertraline in the mornings and 100 mg quitiapine and 3.75 of zopiclone for my night time

thanks for providing more information.

now picture is clear for me.
in my opinion escitalopram 10 mg plus clonazepam -0.5 mg combination will be better than sertaline as it is newer drug and also having less side effects.
you should visit your doctor and tell him to change the drug at place of sertaline.
continue the zopiclone as previously you are taking.

go for counselling sessions too as i suggested in earlier conversations.
