Detailed Answer:
Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that pain in chest or upper back ( behind the heart) while having food happens due to gastritis caused by heavy or spicy food.

You should look into your diet if you have recently made any changes in your food habits or cooking style. You can take otc antacids like Gelusil syrup after meals. Follow this routine for 10-15 days you will definitely get results.

Cardiac pains are different than cardiac pain, pain in heart disease increases with exertion and may also cause palpitations or breathlessness.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
