Brief Answer:
Does not seem to be related to drug interactions or Clindamycin usage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I don't think this has something to do with drug interactions or with Clindamycin usage.
I think this has possibly to do with hypotension or low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
I think it would be better if you try to eat something and drink a sweetened beverage.
If the situation doesn't improve it'd be better to go to the ER for a prompt evaluation.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further
