I went through the post with diligence. Uniform kidney is sufficient to perform daily needs. You may have undergone a few test - urine routine, creatinine, eGFR and so on which allows doctor to see through this complaint. Those test help identify work load and daily need. Accordingly based on test results the doctors aren't worried about it.
