male 26
this is right in the middle of my belly button.
i have not had any issue with vomitting
first time ive had this issue before havent noticed if it gets bigger or smaller.
yes when i wake up its almost not noticable but the longer the day progresses i notice it. the only discomfort ive had is my abs feel tight and sometimes i get the sensation of someone pushing on my belly button.

Brief Answer:
Go to ER for investigations.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
With the additional history this looks like a hernia.
There is an inflammation with whitening, thus indicating to rule out or confirm a partial involvement of intestine called Richter's Hernia.
I would advise you to go to ER for urgent investigations like Ultrasound/CT scan to know what exactly is the problem and get treated accordingly.
Another possibility is Umbilical granuloma or patent Vitello-intestinal duct with infection.
In either case you may need Emergency medical attendance and may be surgery.
I hope this answer helps to get an earliest diagnosis and proper management.
Please give feedback after investigations.
