Question: there are the current things:
i have bloating stomach
Gas burp from mouth
i recently started exercise like two days back and having pain in arms
Finding bit heavy on the chest and bit of tiredness
i have decreased my regular diet from two days
sweat, may be because of the humidity in the weather. please guide me what am i suffering from

Bloating can be related to use of certain foods, reflux or constipation

The foods most likely to cause bloating are: cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, turnips, brussel sprouts, beans, carbonated drinks, asparagus, lactose in milk if lactose intolerant

Reflux (GERD) can also cause bloating- it may also cause burning pain in chest, acid taste in the tongue and in some persons, a persistent cough

If you have started exercising, then there would be muscle pain because the muscles are being used more and this may also lead to fatigue as well. Chest pain or heaviness can also sometimes result from increased activity but if it is severe , you should be seen.

As you continue to exercise, your muscles would become stronger.
