This Is A Repeated Question. I Am Facing The Same
i am married since 15 years, and my sex life is stable as we usually have sex every 3-4 weeks.
my wife does not much like kissing, though I prefer it, but that was never a turn off.
lately I started to face lossing erection while in the foreplay and obviously nothing continues and no intercourse takes place... that happened once a couple of months ago and in the very second day in the morning wood, things went fine and we had sex.
last Saturday the same thing happened and by then, all along the day before I was not feeling any erection .. I thought that could be because of tirdenss and frequest travels.... I postponed the second trial for a complete week while I was on the regulat Vigormax and Cialis and tried it last night.. I started by shy erection that was totally lost very fast.. and I failed.
today in the morning, I was having full erection.. and as soon as I started the foreplay... it was all gone.
I have to say that apart from my marital life, I am a bottom homosexual and while with another man I keep my erection full for the full action no matter how long it takes... sometimes an hour... but to avoid quick ejaculation,I spray local Lignocaine to my organ and as a result, I do not ejaculate.... and in XXXXXXX sex I enhale a lot of Poppers
my questions are many,
1. Did I lose my abaility to have the husband/wife sex forever? I always did it with no passion but it was working physically all along the past years.
2. could the retardant have affected my physical condition , especially that I donot ejaculate after a full one hour of bottoming with my hardonfull.
3. Could it be the poppers that ruined my erectile functions.. if yes.. why with wife not with men?
4. is there anything to do to enhance and regain physical activity with wife.
i have to say that I am on Crestor, Exforge, Plavix,Aspirin as I had a stent fixed to my coronary artery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
You seem to have multiple symptoms.
1. ED (erectile dysfunction), with your wife but normal homosexuality.
2. CAD.(coronary artery disease)- PTCA has been done.
3. Hypertension.
4. High cholesterol levels.
5. Using Poppers regularly.
6. Frequent traveller with fatigue.
You should stop inhaling the poppers immediately, as it's not at all safe
in people who've cardiac disease and have undergone stenting.
Now your ED doesn't exist with men and hence you'll need
to consult a local Urologist to have a clinical examination and certain tests.
He may suggest counselling to have a healthier sexual relationship with
your wife.
Hope you're happy and your doubts have been cleared.
