Testosterone is a little low but I think it is still normal.

Your testosterone level is a little lower than normal but it's very near to the normal range what time did you take the blood sample when you got the testosterone so this should be taken at early morning before 10 a.m. because that is where there is the peak of testosterone.
I suggest you repeat the testosterone examination going for hormonal replacement or testosterone therapy because this may affect the cement parameters making it abnormal.
You seem to have a perfectly normal semen analysis and I don't think you have low testosterone it may be that at that time you may have low testosterone so I suggest you repeat the examination. Testosterone level in the body fluctuates throughout the day that's why the range is very wide.
Things you can do if you are overweight then you must lose weight and adopt a healthy lifestyle and diet. Cardiovascular exercise would also help increase testosterone levels in the body.

my testesterone levels are very low for a 23 years old right?
i have prolactine and hypothyroidism ,
i think i have to handle this first and maybe my testesterone would be balanced
from the doctors it says i need a thyroid homone therapy or i didnt know he mentioned a treatment for hypothyroidism which involves a deug which i have to use for some time
do you think my testesterone and prolactine should be back to normal od the cause of my low testesterone is prolactine and hypothyroisdism ,after treatement?

thank you for your follow up question. according to the laboratory results you have normal thyroid hormones and a high normal tsh. your prolactin level is elevated and might be the cause why you have a low normal testosterone. i suggest you repeat the prolactin test getting an early morning sample around 2 hours after waking up in the morning and that's the only time that we could say that you really have an abnormal prolactin level. one side elevated prolactin level determination is not sufficient to label a patient as hyperprolactinemia.
if you don't have symptoms of hyperthyroidism then i don't think you need thyroid hormone replacement but this will all depend on the endocrine consult and his physical examination.
an elevated prolactin hormone will definitely cause a decrease in testosterone because it has a negative feedback on a gnrh hormone. if the second prolactin level is still elevated then an endocrine consult is needed to determine why you have an elevated prolactin level. remind me to do a ct scan or an mri of the brain to rule out a nodule in the pituitary gland.
