Hello ,

You seem to have a dermatitis from clothing perhaps due to underlying dry skin. I suggest you to use a moisturizer regularly. In addition to that I suggest you to use a mild topical steroid cream e.g hydrocortisone 1% cream twice daily for redness and rash. You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
