well i went tp a doctor they said its a workout strain
Brief Answer:
Take additional care too.
Detailed Answer:
Great to know that you went to the Doctor and was told this to be a workout strain.
Please continue the medications as advised.
Apply local rubefacient liniment that increases local warmth and relaxes muscles.
Best way is to stop the workout till the strain is completely relieved.
Take care.
And give feedback about the progress.
