Question: this skin lesion has been on me for months any idea what it might be. it doesn't itch or scratch

The lesion is under my arm above armpit

This is a papule. Very small and has same color as the surrounding skin. It doesn't suggest any specific disease condition at this time and requires no specific intervention.
My recommendation is to refrain from repetitive manipulation. Monitor the size, color and any onset of new symptoms such as pain or itch for prompt reporting which may require further review and evaluation.
