Brief Answer:
Paruresis
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the additional information. It seems you are suffering from a condition called Paruresis, also known as Shy Bladder Syndrome. It is a condition that is considered a form of anxiety disorder which is psychological, rather than physical.
Provided you only experience this problem in moving vehicles or public places, the treatment consists of relaxation techniques or cognitive behavioral therapy which should be done with the guidance of a therapist. In just a few sessions this therapy can help to permanently get rid of this problem.
Medication therapy consists of anti-anxiety drugs, which only provide short term treatment and are best avoided if possible.
I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
