Detailed Answer:
hi
yes the possibility of arthritis is there.
however it is seronegative as RF,anti CCP is negative.
I hope other issues like vitamin D deficiency etc have been looked into, and are normal.
is there any history of psoriasis in the family, it can sometimes progress in this way when it causes arthritis, other issues like back pain need to be ruled out.
if anti inflammatory medication give good relief then the chances of inflammatory arthritis are high. also sometimes on clinical basis we do prescribe anti rheumatic drugs.
do let me know.
regards

No familial history of psoriasis, no back pain. Haven’t checked
Vit d. What else to check? Rheumatologist seen me once, but discharged me.
