Thanks for the query.
Infective causes like bacterial vaginosis or yeast is a possible diagnosis.
As of now continue antibiotics.
Personal hygiene is very important and you can use clotrimazole lotion to clean your genital part twice a day.
Avoid intercourse for few days. If there is itching over the counter available antihistamines like cetrezine or levocetrizine can be taken.
If symptoms persists a vaginal swab is required.
