Brief Answer:
Get venous doppler scan
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
You need to consult a surgeon for varicose veins and get a doppler scan to know to blood flow problems in the affected leg.
Meanwhile take your precautions. Avoid long standing job work. Use Venostocks or Class II Compression stockings while standing at work. Rest in a head low position of the bed. Reduce obesity, with regular walking exercises.
Apply thick cream on the affected skin like diaper rash cream.
Otherwise surgeon will be able to help you with this skin problem that may progress to ulcer.
