Brief Answer:
There are some new nodes

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

This CT scan shows few lymph glands in abdomen which were not seen before. This raises suspicion of recurrence of cancer. However, other disease like tuberculosis can also be a possibility.

The report doesn't mention size of the lymph nodes. This is very important. You need to discuss with the radiologist who reported the scan regarding the size. If size more than 1 cm in short axis and they are enhancing on contrast injection then they are significant and needs further evaluation.

Hope this helps
