Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your question and here is my advice.

In fact, if you have no gastric problem, no peptic ulcer disease and your kidneys are normal. You can take ibuprofen for pain relief along with Percocet which Contains opioid and paracetamol which is a different group. You can take 1 to 2 tablets of ibuprofen every 6 hours. It causes no problem most of the times. May cause some gastric discomfort so it is adviced to take after meals.

You can take your sleep pills as is prescribed by your doctor. Avoid taking more than the prescribed dose of sleep pills as they may be dangerous.

What I understand that is important here is if you have a hernia and it very painful suddenly, this may be a sign of strangulation or obstruction of hernia. That is always a surgical emergency . So if the hernia is inflamed, or very painful, or you have severe tummy pain and distension, you should immediately go to the ER to rule out obstruction or herniation.

Otherwise taking the pills together won't be a big problem. But the strangulation or obstruction of hernia is an emergency.

Hopes I have answered your question. Let me know if you still have anything to ask.
Kind Regards
Dr. Rahman
