Brief Answer:
It's better to get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the picture.Your lower lip is injured. It will heal very fast as there is ruch blood supply to the face .
Bleeding from the nose and change of colour is common.
Regarding Chest and Abdomen, you should Consult your doctor and get an X Ray chest to rule out rib fracture and Ultrasound abdomen for any organ injury.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
