I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

For such symptomatology,in your age group,a rise in blood pressure (accelerated hypertension) or a fall in blood sugar (hypoglycemia) should be ruled out as the first step of evaluation.

Please share if you have any co morbidities like hypertension,diabetes,thyroid problem,neuropathy etc.
What is your state of health?
Are you on any drugs?
What are your personal habits,do you smoke,take tobacco or take alcohol?


Usual cause of lower limb and back weakness,numbness and pain is a Slipped disc and radicular pain.
But this has multiple causes like Pinched nerves,peripheral neuropathy,Vitamin B12 deficiency,calcium deficiency,stroke,multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease.
