
What Is The Likelihood That A 10 Cm X 8

Question: what Is the likelihood that a 10 Cm x 8 cm x 8 cm in the right kidney could cause RUQ pain about 3 out of 10 for 4 months?
I have had upper endoscopy and colonoscopy and mri of abdomen and ultrasound of gallbladder. I do have Spastic colon history and mild gastritis but meds for these conditions not making me better. I’m no worse no better. Thanks

Sorry I do not have access to the report. What I should have mentioned is that the mass is said to be a large simple cyst at the superior pole.
Could this cyst be causing my RUQ pain or is it more likely my IBS or mild gastritis
