Brief Answer:
Pulmonary hypertension is associated with arythmias.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Some diseases with similar symptoms with atrial fibrillation are atrial flutter, atrial tachycardia, atrioventricular nodal ne entry tachycardia, multifocal XXXXXXX tachycardia, paroroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia
, Wlff-Parkinson-White syndrome.

If the doctor suspect that you may be having irregular heart rhythm, doing an ECG determine the diagnosis.

A person with pulmonary hypertension can develope heart arythmias.
You may need an ultrasound if heart.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
