What Are The Causes And What Medication For Pimples On My Face And Body Acne?

Question: I have a lot of big pimples on my face and body acne, Also facing hairfall and I am also facing constipation that leads to swelling on the extraction area of the stool, sometimes I feel irritation and burn in the extraction area. all these from the last two months suddenly...??

pls let me know why all this and what are the causes and what medication i required to have?

You may use sena leaves tea or lactose to relieve constipation.
It will reduce swelling in anal area.
If haemorrhoids are present you may need haemorrhoids cream to use on them.
