Herpes unlikely....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The pictures certainly don't look like herpes. They are discrete and not grouped vesicular lesions that you find in Herpes.
The lesions are too small but i think it may be a blocked sebaceous gland or white head

I would watch and monitor how the progress. Do not try to pick it or pop it. If needed, you may apply a thin layer of antiseptic cream (clindamycin or neosporin) on the lesions and see how it responds.
