yes it is the first time n no itching burning etc

Aphthous ulcer, topical steroid

According to your complaints it seems to be aphthous ulcer.
It is an idiopathic condition which can develop in anybody at any age and time.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like triamcinolone acetonide paste on affected area twice daily for 8-10 days.
This is resolve it.
