What Could Be My Diagnosis? 30 Years, 10 Years Daylette
Question: what could be my diagnosis? 30 years, 10 years Daylette contraception, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, celiac disease (antibodies undetectable)
February 2020, severe stress triggered my diarrhea 3x in the morning, greasy, light stools- the situation is still going on.
April 2020: I woke up with severe pain in the uterus, I went to the toilet where there was blood (diarrhea) on the stool. I went to the emergency room where they found nothing special. Bloodwork clear.. severe nausea and pain in the upper abdomen. digital rectal exam clear. nausea was terrible, i did not eat nothing and in one month I lost 6 kg. after a month the situation stopped and I gained the pounds back. I still felt stomach pains, belching, but there was no outbreak to such an extent. Abdominal ultrasound showed a gray stomach and mildly fatty liver, despite normal blood tests (liver). The FIT test was negative in May.
August 2020 again nausea and pain in the stomach, but the case lasted only 7 days.
October 2020 i feel chest pain behind the chest, belching immediately after a meal, pain and nausea in the morning, nausea 2 hours after eating, sharp pain under the right rib- 2x a day lasting less than one minute, pain in the heart area. severe nausea, pain in the stomach area, which is not severe and passes quickly. I still have light and greasy stools from February onwards.
Can this be signet cell carcinoma? Can symptoms come and go? i think my simptoms never really went away but there were times where it was terrible l couldnt even see fod, and times where i functioned pretty normally but with dyspepsia or occasional pain or nausea. lemon water helps many times. I had upper endoscopy 3 years ago. how fast does signet cell carcinoma grow? would they pick it up 3 years ago?

Brief Answer:
It's not cancer.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for query,
Firstly no carcinoma can remain undiagnosed for 3 years(In cancer symptoms are severely increased in months. No cancer presents with off and on symptoms.
For me chances of it being cancer are zero(as per the history).
You are having severe gastritis associated with irritable bowel syndrome.
Any anti anxiety medication tried till date with antacids?
CWhen was last colonoscopy done to rule out irritable bowel syndrome?
Waiting for reply.

Hello, i dont have symptoms for 3 years, 3 years ago was at upper gastro endoscopy for different reasons! I have symptoms from APRIL 2020. Regarding symptoms i dont have on and off but periods where i cant eat anything to periods where i function normally. Typically i have some mild pain and burping even at the best days.
I am h pylori negative- i did test again today.
Is yellow oily stool connected with stomach? And totally undigested fat?
I am so afraid it is cancer coz i lost 5 kilograms.

If i am h pylori negative what could be reason then for gastritis? Can it be emotional stress?
I tried PPI but i think it is worse after 8 days of PPI
Brief Answer:
Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Gastritis can be caused by a number of factors in which anxiety is the foremost.
Anxiety stimulate the autonomous nervous system and can increase gastritis.
All your symptoms could be a result of gastritis.
Oily stools could be related to less amount of bile available for digestion.
Bile is secreted by gallbladder and issues with it is caused by blockage in bile duct.
I would suggest you to take light vegetarian food with yoghurt and lots of fruits and vegetables.
Avoid no vegetarian food.
Drink plenty of water.
Lots of sleep.
Minimum 20minutes of brisk walking.
Breathing exercises like yoga.
If required Anxiolytic to be taken daily for 10 days.
I don't think it has anything related to cancer.
Thanks!
