What Could Be Strange Noise In Left Ear ?

Question: I was dygonosed with sinusitis a few years ago but avoid cold stuff later gave me relief from it. now from past few days every morning when I wake up I find my left ear paining. and when I'm sleeping, I hear noise like that of waves in my ear. I try my best to avoid cold food. what should I do
