Brief Answer:
Acidosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query.
I can understand your concern.

A low CO2 level can be a sign of several conditions, including: Kidney disease. Diabetic ketoacidosis, Lactic acidosis or adrenal insufficiency.

Low CO2 levels are related to Metabolic acidosis, which means that your body makes too much acid.

Diabetic acodosis happens when your body's blood acid level goes up because it doesn't have enough insulin to digest sugars.

I need to see your blood test result in order to answer correctly to your question.

Please ,attach all your test results and describle your symptoms ,your disease or actual meducation(if you have).

Waiting your reply.
Wish you good health.
