What Could This Little Seed Size Lump Found My Testicles Randomly?
Question: Hi. I was checking my testicles randomly. I noticed a little seed size lump. I touched it and it felt on the testicle. It then dissapeared. Then a few days later i found it again. I have no idea what it could be, but i comes and goes in different locations. I found it earlier, and if i rub on top of it i can feel it. If i push it to the side it moved. Usually at the bottom sometimes middle areas. Thanks

Thanks for your feedback.
The description that you have given goes in a favor of a condition called varicocele.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an ultrasound with color doppler of the scrotum to get an exact diagnosis so that any management if needed can be done.
Please post the reports once done.
