Brief Answer:
Can you specify the lesion from where the biopsy taken?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Can you specify the location and lesion from where the biopsy is taken?
The present results shows the presence of human papilloma virus, which is a common cause for warts and papillomas. On long run it can turn to cancerous lesions like squamous cell carcinoma and cervical cancer in females and rarely penile cancer in males

Brief Answer:
Given.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Now the picture is clear( you have given the gender as male, that made the confusion!!)
HPV is human papilloma virus which is considered as the major cause for cervical cancer and genital warts in among females.
There are many strains( types) of HPV out of which HPV-16 and HPV-18 are important and they are the common cause for cervical cancer. Apart from HPV-16 and HPV-18 some other non specific strains can also cause cervical cancer and are considered as high risk HPV.
In your case there is the presence of there is no HOV-16 or BOV-18 but other high risk HPVs are detected.
However there is no malignant(cancerous) cells or changes consistent with cancer are seen. So nothing much to worry and only routine followup smear is required.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
