Brief Answer:
Follow your doctor instruction

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. Through reading your query I understand and would like to help you with this question. It would be helpful if you can send me the x-ray film view. If you have no symptoms now, you might just wait and see after you recover from your Covid. Prominent vasculature in your lung can be result from covid or other infection or normal and need time to recovery. I dont know what you have been done treatment with your asthma and covid, but the most important thing now if you have symptoms of shortness of breath, and fever, you have to go back to see your doctor. If you are stable good now, you can wait and follow up with your doctor schedule. Your doctor may need to recheck chest x-ray again to compare the last x-ray sometime between. Follow your doctor instruction.

Hope I have answered your query. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your child good health. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards,
Dr. Heang Chan Raksmey, General and Family Physician
