Question: what does one do when blood pressure is low; 120/44 ? Feeling dizzy.

Hi,

It's not a good idea to sit at home when you have a low blood pressure with dizziness especially if you are not known to have hypotension in the past. Until you are able to see a doctor, I'd suggest drinking fluids and resting - lie flat with legs and feet elevated above the ground.
