2) I believe this does needs further analysis by MRI scan examination to assess type of cyst and its contents.
3) There are various possibilities like Dermoid cyst or hemorrhagic cyst which needs to be identified by further MRI scan.
4) Request your doctor for MRI scan test , laparoscopy and biopsy.
