Brief Answer:
Viral infection, parasitic infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The lymphocytes are slightly high, which could be caused by many factors, including many different viruses, which may or may not have other symptoms, infectious mononucleosis (or "mono), medication reactions, or even stress. But if this is the only time the lymphocytes have been high, I would not be very concerned, and you could just recheck them in a few months if you have no other symptoms.

I'm not sure if the eosinophil count is high or not, so if you can provide the units, or even better, if you can send a picture of your blood test results, that could be helpful. But if the eosinophils are high, there could also be many causes for this, including parasitic or allergic reactions. If you have any other symptoms that may also help determine the cause.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
