Question: what heart conditions can cause shortness of breath, abnormal dclo gas lung transfer capacity and low oxygen saturation especially on exertion? 25year old female with suspected svt untreated for years five foot seven 120lbs

As I saw the chest CT result PE is excluded. There is no lung fibrosis also. The main lung problems that low also . Now should be searched outside the lungs. I should emphasize that any form of tachycardia may be the cause of upper lung function changes even if the lungs itself are clear. It lows the cardiac input and output which means the amount of blood that returns to the lungs and to the periphery of the organism. This causes breathlessness and low saturation.
I suggest you follow strictly the cardiologist recommendations about the treatment and follow-ups.
