Hello and thank you for asking!

First, I would inform you that Diabetes usually is a silent disease ( without symptoms).
Diabetes symptoms are present ( not always) when blood glucose is over 200 mg/ dl.
The most common symptoms are; weakness, feeling thirsty, feeling hungry, frequent urination, weight loss.

In some cases, Diabetes is diagnosed due to the symptoms of chronic complications of Diabetes that may be installed.

Nerve damages cause pain or numbness in the legs.
Eye damages cause low vision.
Peripheral artery occlusion causes pain in the leg during walking.
Kidney damages cause swelling of the leg, hypertension, etc.
