Seems to be urticaria, answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be an urticarial rash which is allergic in nature.
I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of the rash?
Is is persistent or transient?
Do you have this type of rash on any other body part?
Is it associated with itching or burning?
Do you have any recent history of sore throat, fever, cough or any other ailments?
Have you taken any medicines in the recent past?
Kindly revert with the answers.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
