Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX Panagopoulos88,
Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
The lesions seen in the photograph of toes indicate-
1)The one on inner side of toe... small area of thickened skin...which can get painful.
2)The discolouration of nails on two toes in the pic.
Both of these are due to trauma with cause like ill fitting shoes..leading to undue pressure resulting in friction/irritation of skin OR by pressure on toe nails to cause little bleeding under nail blood capillaries.
*All that you need to do is-
-Change the foot wear&start using one with proper size.
-Nails would take 8-14 days to turn normal (automatically.)
-Skin thickening needs cleaning, application of moisturizer and have a good pedecare.
-Pill of Ibuprofen over the counter can take care of pain ..if it's there.
-Consult your doctor if home care does not help.
Thanks.
