What Is Your Opinion On Three Small Bumps On Penis?

Question: I wanted to get another opinion to just to be sure on three small bumps on my penis. The doctor is adamant that these are Fordyce spots and nothing to be concerned with. I will say that when you see bumps appear on your genitals it is a bit worrying. I have not had any symptoms of an STD other than anxiety. No blisters / ulcers or clear fluid or scabbing like a sore. These started almost like a small zit. They are all very small and independent - nothing in patches or multiples. Is there way to attach a couple pictures for review

One last note...there was no discharge at all - if anything if I popped them it was like trying to pop a hard zit with a little blackhead(only white) trying to come out of the center.

I have uploaded a couple more pictures - another doctor on this site said it may be dermatitis - both doctors stated it is not anything serious - like a viral infection etc. I am looking how to treat. Could it be sebaceous cysts?

Hi.

They are not Fordyce spots. Neither are they sebaceous in origin. Glans of penis lacks hair follicles and sebaceous glands. These bumps don't look like anything major. Perhaps they are just a skin reaction to trauma or friction.
