Question: what is your opnion of my four months baby%E2%80%99s nose? Do you think it has a very short columella?

I have seen the attached pictures.
I personally have seen many babies with such columella. Most of them grow into normal size with age.
In your baby It seems normal to me. Maybe a bit short. But not abnormal. It could be within the normal variation.
I don't feel you should worry about it.

I have seen such kids growing well later. No need to worry about it now. I personally feel that in your kid it is not abnormally short.
