I have gone through detailed history you have given and attached images. I can understand your concern. This soreness (inflammed gums) is likely due to ulcerations or due to trauma.
Nothing to be worry so much I will suggest you an ointment like stolin Gum paint or Metrogyl DG gel. You can apply this ointment on your child gums 3-4 times on sore gums for one week. If soreness persists then you can again consult.
