Question: i'm 29 yrs old n have a 5 yrs old daughter. after her i could not conceve again. my ultrasound report says multiple peripherally arranged follice and echogenic stroma, although the size and volume appears normal possibillity of poly cystic ovaries cannot be entirely excluded. .... i want to know what it means?

As per report, it is not a fully developed polycystic ovarian disorder. However, it might be a possibility of development of multiple cysts in ovaries, which could not be found on this ultrasound.
