Question: what kind of sore is this?

ive had the same one a month ago and there is one on the bottom of my tongue. its on the left side of the image and burns when i swallow or eat and there is post nasal drip. its lasted for two days.

It seems that you posterior pharyngeal wall, tonsils are congested. The spot seems a keratosis or tonsillar stone. It can be due to accumulated food or due to chronic inflammation. It is mainly due to acid reflux. So you don't need to worry about. Do warm saline gargle or betadine gargle. Take an antacid to decrease acid reflux. Take more water, less tea, coffee. Review after 2 week.

Thank you for the response. Your were right, I pushed it with a q tip and two came out. The tonsil still hurts, is it likely the rest will fall out without pushing?
