Brief Answer:
STIs are more than 30 in number. all cannot be prevented by drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
If the exposure is within 72 hours, you can opt for Post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) with 3 ART drug combination daily for 4 weeks. This will abort HIV infection if any.
Other STIs are more than 30 in number caused by variety of organisms ranging from different types of bacteria, virus, parasites, protozoa and fungus. there is nothing to prevent all with single drug after the exposure.
We can prevent the STIs caused by bacteria, parasite and fungus with some drugs whereas there is no prevention is available for viral STIs. PEP has a protocol to be followed. This cannot be started with online prescription.
You consult a physician who is an expert in managing STIs and HIV and follow his advice and have appropriate serological tests before getting married or having contact with your spouse or partner.

Brief Answer:
This query has to be directed to an obstetrician

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I am a STI/HIV specialist.
Regarding the contraception you have to ask a obstetrician or preventive medicine specialist.
As I used to get such questions from various sources, I answered. You had not mentioned your age or marital state in your medical history. In the question also there is no mention about getting conceived.
