Brief Answer:
? Seborrheic dermatitis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Itchy scalp with boil like red lesion on the scalp, forehead, nape of the neck, eye brows, etc,, are few of the symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis. Based on the information provided I can think of this possibility however a physical exam is recommended to confirm the possibility. Treatment can be planned thereafter. Hence, I will recommend you visiting a doctor nearby for a clinical examination.

In the meanwhile, I suggest starting ketoconazole shampoo (Nizoral Shampoo) three times a week. Avoid handling the boils with bare fingers.

Hope this helps.

Regards
