Pinched nerve and impaired blood supply to consider.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.
I have read your query.
Since your symptoms are linked to different body positions, two are most likely explanations:
1- pinched nerve in the neck possibly with prior cervical spondylosis.
2- impaired blood flow of the arm due to compression of blood vessels in certain body positions.
Thoracic outlet syndrome also is a rare possible condition to consider.
Your condition seems not a serious one, so, don't worry much more than necessary.
If these symptoms become bothersome then you should see your Doctor.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
